SustinaPlus remains a Japan-first service. Wallet and payment features are limited to JPYC on Polygon where enabled, and power generation facility registration is designed for Japan-based facilities and Japanese verification systems.
API Terms of Use
These API Terms of Use apply to all users who access or use APIs provided by Energy Connect Co., Ltd. The APIs are provided to connect SustinaPlus with external services and applications in accordance with these terms, the SustinaPlus Terms of Service, applicable documentation, and any instructions provided by the Company.
Article 1. Purpose of the API
The APIs are provided to enable approved technical integration with SustinaPlus. They do not grant any ownership interest, financial product right, brokerage right, or regulated payment-service authority.
Article 2. API Use
- Users may use the APIs only after agreeing to these terms and only in the manner designated by the Company.
- The Company may suspend, restrict, revoke, rotate, or refuse API access if it determines that the use is inappropriate, unsafe, unlawful, excessive, or inconsistent with documentation.
- Users are responsible for securely managing API credentials, access tokens, private keys, signing credentials, and systems connected to the APIs.
Article 3. Prohibited Conduct
- Infringing the rights of the Company, users, partners, hosts, or third parties.
- Unauthorized access, scraping, credential sharing, load testing without permission, or excessive requests.
- Providing API data to third parties without authorization.
- Using the APIs to evade wallet, payment, sanctions, fraud, identity, location, or security controls.
- Using the APIs for securities, commodities, money transmission, tax, investment, or legal services unless expressly approved by the Company and legally authorized.
- Any other act that the Company reasonably determines to be inappropriate.
Article 4. Intellectual Property
All intellectual property rights in the APIs, documentation, data formats, names, marks, and related materials belong to the Company or the applicable rights holders. No rights are granted except the limited right to use the APIs as permitted by these terms.
Article 5. U.S. Regulatory Review Notice
API users targeting the United States must obtain their own legal review for privacy, consumer protection, digital asset, money transmission, securities, commodities, tax, sanctions, and advertising rules. The Company does not represent that API use is suitable for any U.S. regulated activity.
Article 6. Disclaimer
The APIs are provided as is and as available. The Company does not warrant accuracy, availability, fitness for a particular purpose, uninterrupted operation, or compatibility with a user's systems or legal obligations.
Article 7. Changes
The Company may change, suspend, or discontinue the APIs, documentation, authentication method, rate limits, schemas, or these terms as necessary for legal, security, operational, or business reasons.
Article 8. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
Unless an approved English legal document states otherwise, these terms are governed by the laws of Japan, and disputes are subject to the competent court for the Company's registered address as the exclusive court of first instance.
