Generation Reporting Fee When reporting renewable electricity generation, a fee of JPY 0.4 per kWh of reported generation is charged. Where enabled, payment is made in POL, WETH, or JPYC converted at the applicable market rate. JPYC payment is provided as a gasless payment flow. WETH payment requires WETH and POL for network fees.
Element Issuance If approved reported generation reaches the issuance threshold, one Element digital token is issued for each threshold unit and granted to the reporter. See the Terms of Service for the threshold rules.
Element Listing and Sales Fee When an Element is listed and sold on the marketplace, a sales fee equal to 10% of the sale amount is deducted from the JPYC proceeds payable to the seller.
Element Purchase Conditions Elements listed on the marketplace may be purchased using POL, WETH, or JPYC where enabled. JPYC is currently supported on Polygon only.
Minting and Project Tokens When a user mints an owned Element to a project, the smart contract issues Project Tokens to the wallet address designated by the Element owner. Network congestion, relayer conditions, or external service conditions may delay completion.
Mint Incentive When Elements are minted to a project, a mint reward calculated by project rank under the Terms of Service may be paid to the project host in JPYC.
Project Token Listing and Sales Fee When a Project Token is listed and sold on the marketplace, a sales fee equal to 10% of the sale amount is deducted from the JPYC proceeds payable to the seller.
Project Token Purchase Conditions Project Tokens listed on the marketplace may be purchased using POL, WETH, or JPYC where enabled. JPYC payment is currently limited to JPYC on Polygon.
Royalties When a Project Token transaction is completed on the marketplace, a royalty calculated by project rank under the Terms of Service may be paid to the applicable host in JPYC. Transactions outside the marketplace are not eligible for marketplace royalty payment.
Other Fees Network fees may apply when POL or WETH is used for generation reporting or token purchases. JPYC payment is gasless where enabled. Details for project benefits, shipping, and related services are set by the applicable host or partner.
Payment Timing Fees and purchase amounts are generally settled immediately after transaction confirmation. Processing may be delayed by the selected asset, blockchain congestion, relayer condition, or external service condition.
Delivery Timing Purchased Elements and Project Tokens are transferred after payment confirmation. Project Tokens obtained through minting are issued after required wallet approvals or signatures and gasless processing are complete.
Refunds Except where a material defect in the program or service is recognized, purchases, required approvals, and signed transactions are not eligible for return, exchange, or refund after completion.
SustinaPlus Wallet The SustinaPlus Wallet is an account-linked, device-authenticated wallet intended for small-value receipts, transfers, and payments within the service. It is not a general-purpose self-custody wallet for long-term storage of high-value assets.
Wallet Environment Wallet setup and use require a compatible browser and device authentication such as Windows Hello or Touch ID. Internal wallet creation, signing, transfers, reissue, and device change are not available in unsupported environments.
Private Key Handling The wallet does not fall back to directly storing private keys in browser localStorage or IndexedDB. Device authentication is required for signing, transfers, and gasless payment approvals where supported.
Device Change and Recovery Changing devices requires approval using wallet authentication information on the old device. If the old device cannot be used, wallet reissue creates a new wallet address for future use and does not guarantee recovery or automatic transfer of assets remaining in the old wallet.
Supporter Benefits Project benefits are set and provided by the relevant project host. The Company does not guarantee benefit content, quality, timing, delivery, or suitability unless expressly stated otherwise.
Recommended Environment PC: latest Google Chrome or Safari on Windows 10 or later or macOS 10.11 or later. Smartphone: latest Google Chrome or Safari on iOS 13 or later or Android 8.0 or later.
