Are gas fees required for listing or minting?
Under the current specification, minting and PT listing/cancellation are gasless. Some screens, such as purchases and power generation reporting, may still require normal transfer approval or gas fees depending on the selected payment currency. JPYC is supported as gasless payment on eligible screens; POL and WETH are ordinary on-chain payments.
