How much is the power generation reporting fee, and how is it paid?

The current guidance sets the power generation reporting fee at 0.4 JPY/kWh. The reporting screen allows POL / WETH / JPYC, and JPYC supports gasless payment on eligible screens. WETH payment requires both WETH balance and POL for gas. The current reporting flow is designed for Japan-based facilities.
